Please discuss if any special delivery or positioning is required as we are able to provide additional staff and equipment in most cases.
Instructions for operations:
It is important to fill the toilet with water. The toilet is fitted with an inbuilt tank which can be filled from inside. This fresh water is used to flush and wash hands. To flush the toilet pump the black handle until the waste disappears. Once the toilet requires a pump out contact our staff.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a sewerage ‘pump-out’ cost?
Pump-outs for our personal toilets are a low $88 per pump-out, however pump-outs for non Smart Hire toilets are $240 per unit.
How often do sewerage pump-outs happen?
They may be booked on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or on a call-up basis.
How clean are the toilets?
The cleanest in Australia! Before every hire our toilets are completely emptied and thoroughly disinfected, before being pressure washed (inside & out) and finally being prepped with a complimentary toilet role, tank disinfectant and an incense for any smell.
